The venue is reasonably spacious and immaculately clean with a good value and pleasant stuff. Spotlessly clean building and rooms with sofa.

Plenty of food for breakfast, the food was brilliant.

I didn't like that the shower pressure was poor.

Had enjoyable stay for a business trip, the staff were accommodating, location was handy and close to the motorway. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with comfortable beds and sofa; everyone is welcome here.

Property was incredibly beautiful, with polite staff and perfect location close to centre.

functional and bright room, big beds, super breakfast. the bar was superb with brilliant staff. pool was amazing and there was a fabulous restaurant on site.

Facilities were great, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Carlisle. I liked staff and location mainly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable in the fairly good bedroom. The staff did all they can for a nice stay.

Really enjoyed this place, it was traditional. Lovely area, central location. Very attentive and outstandingly accommodating staff, good service. Overall I had a fairly nice stay and would return here.

Great value compared to other properties, and spotless. There was an absolutely superb breakfast, and delightful decor. Location near the private beach. A kind of admirable service.

All in all, it was lovely base for travelling to Carlisle. All staff was professional, resolved my issues.

Staff and location were fab and I especially enjoyed that the place was fairly clean. The bed was soft and it was great having a work desk and a hairdryer. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was impressive! There were reliable internet and ample parking available.

There was nothing I didnt like.

Good bed and sensational breakfast, everything needed. Plenty of food available in restaurant. Would definitely book here again for the location, it was nice:)))
